How to Use

Warm a generous amount between your hands, then gently pat and massage onto areas experiencing rapid changes, including the chest, belly, and thighs. Use daily from three months into pregnancy until three months after childbirth. For very dry skin, use Body Firming Treatment Oil before the cream or mix the oil and cream in a 1:2 ratio.
