After placing your order, you'll get a confirmation email with your order number, a detailed list of items, your shipping address, and an estimated delivery date. If you don't see it immediately, check your inbox and spam folder. You can also log into your account on our website and view your order status anytime in the "Orders' section.
Certainly, you may modify your shipping address; however, timing is of the essence. Please contact us promptly after placing your order—preferably within a few hours. If your order has not yet entered the fulfillment process, we can update the address accordingly. Once your items have been selected and packed, altering the address becomes either challenging or unfeasible. For the most expeditious resolution, kindly contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and the correct address.
At present, we only ship within the United States. We are actively considering expanding internationally and look forward to serving customers around the world in the near future.
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor delivery progress. The total time to deliver your order is the combination of our warehouse processing time (2-4 business days) plus the transit time provided by the carrier at checkout.
