      Thank you for shopping at Glamourous Grace. To ensure you have complete peace of mind, we offer a straightforward, customer-friendly return policy that strictly complies with consumer protection guidelines. 

      1. Return Window
      We offer a 30-day return policy. You have a full 30 days from the exact date your item is delivered to request and initiate a return. Requests made after this 30-day window cannot be accepted.

      2. Return Conditions & Eligibility
      To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in their original condition:
      * The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
      * The item must have all original tags, labels, and protective packaging completely attached.
      * Items showing signs of wear, cosmetics, perfumes, or alterations are not eligible for a refund.

      3. Return Shipping Costs & Fees
      * **Defective or Incorrect Items:** If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, Glamourous Grace covers 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.
      * **Buyer's Remorse / Voluntary Returns:**  If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. No restocking fees are charged.

      4. How to Initiate a Return

      1. Email our customer service team at support@glamourousgrace.com within 30 days of delivery.
      2. Provide your full name, order number, and the clear reason for your return.
      3. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide you with the specific return address for your item. Return addresses vary depending on the product and fulfillment partner. Do not ship items back without first receiving the designated return address from our support team.

      5. Refund Processing & Timelines
      * Once your return package is delivered to our facility, it will undergo a formal inspection within 3 to 5 business days.
      * Upon approval, we will process your refund immediately. 
      * Refunds are issued exclusively to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution's processing speeds.

      6. Cancellations and Modifications
      If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email us immediately after placing your order. Once an order enters the fulfillment stage, it cannot be canceled. You will need to wait for delivery and follow the standard return process outlined above.

      7. Brand Partner 

      Certain items in our store are fulfilled directly by third-party brand partners through Shopify Collective. These items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

      If you receive a damaged or incorrect item from a brand partner, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@glamourousgrace.com with photos of the issue, and we will work to resolve it promptly.

      Brand partner items will be clearly noted on the product page.
