Thank you for shopping at Glamourous Grace. We offer a straightforward, customer-friendly return policy that complies with consumer protection guidelines.
We currently ship within the United States only.
1. Return Window: We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request and initiate a return. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted.
Exception — Brand Partner Items: Return requests for brand partner-fulfilled items must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and shipped back within 14 days of approval.
2. Return Conditions & Eligibility: To qualify for a full refund, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- Returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
- Free of signs of wear, cosmetics, perfume, or alterations
No exchanges of any kind are accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect items: Glamourous Grace covers 100% of return shipping and provides a prepaid label
- Change of mind / voluntary returns: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. No restocking fees apply for standard items
- Brand partner returns outside eligibility window: Subject to a 20% restocking fee, or the return may be declined
4. Brand Partner Items: Certain items are fulfilled directly by third-party brand partners. These items are for final sale unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Apparel & Plus Size:
- Returns accepted for unworn items with original tags and SKU-labeled packaging
- US orders only
- 14-day return initiation window from delivery; must ship back within 14 days of approval
- A 20% restocking fee applies if conditions are not met
Beauty Products:
- Beauty products are final sale unless damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Damaged/incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo documentation
- A $15 non-delivery fee applies to refused or undeliverable shipments
5. How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@glamourousgrace.com within the applicable return window
- Include your full name, order number, and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with the designated return address
- Do not ship items back without first receiving the return address—return addresses vary by fulfillment partner
6. Refund Processing
- Returns are inspected within 3–5 business days of receipt
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- Allow 5–10 business days for funds to reflect, depending on your bank
7. Order Cancellations & Modifications: Email us immediately after placing your order. Once an order enters fulfillment, it cannot be canceled. You will need to follow the standard return process after delivery.
8. Fragrance:
- Email is our fastest support channel. Please contact us with your order number before sending any item back. You may email support@glamourousgrace.com.
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Eligible returns must be unopened, unused, and factory-sealed in their original, undamaged packaging, with proof of purchase.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges on fragrance that has been opened, sprayed, tested, used, or had its factory seal removed—unless the item arrived damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect.
- For damaged, leaking, or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and item.
- Do not ship any item back without prior approval. Once authorized, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the credit.
- Clearance, final-sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
