HIPPING & FULFILLMENT POLICY
At Glamourous Grace, we curate a blend of our own custom-designed pieces alongside exclusive items from our partner brands to bring you the best selection. As a result, items in your order may ship separately.

1. Custom & In-House Designs (Shipped by Us)
  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days.
  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days.
2. Partner Brand & Supplier Curated Items
  • Handling Time: 2–4 business days.
  • Transit Time: 5–10 business days.
Order Tracking: As soon as your items ship, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.


3. Tracking and Confirmations
Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's transit progress directly via the carrier's portal.

5. Address Modifications
Once an order has been packed and handed over to our shipping carriers, address changes are no longer possible. Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@glamourousgrace.com  with your order number.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the listed delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
