Some Glamourous Grace items are fulfilled by partner brands. Items in the same order may ship in separate packages and arrive at different times. Some Korean beauty products ship directly from Korea rather than from the United States. Check the information on each product page before ordering, and contact us if you need to confirm where a particular item ships from.

Shipping within the United States

Standard shipping is $3.50 for orders under $75 and free for orders of $75 or more. Standard delivery is estimated at 7–14 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. The shipping options and charges available for your order are shown at checkout.

International shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders fulfilled by partner brands

Partner brands may process and ship items separately. Shipping times can vary by item and fulfillment partner. We’ll email tracking information when it becomes available.

Shipping restrictions

Some partners cannot deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain US territories. If your address falls into one of these categories, contact us before placing your order.

Address changes

Check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. An address cannot always be changed after an item has been handed to the carrier.

Lost, damaged, or missing packages

If your package arrives damaged or tracking says it was delivered but you cannot find it, email support@glamourousgrace.com with your order number and any relevant photos so we can investigate.

Returns summary

For eligible items, request a return within 14 days of delivery. We do not offer exchanges. Return eligibility, item conditions, final-sale restrictions, and deadlines for reporting damaged or incorrect items apply.
