Order Processing and Delivery
Some items are fulfilled and shipped directly by partner brands. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times. Some Korean beauty products ship from Korea. We’ll email tracking information when it becomes available.
For US standard shipping, estimated delivery is 7–14 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Timing can vary by item and fulfillment partner. Check the information on each product page and our shipping policy before ordering.
Shipping Charges
US standard shipping is $3.50 for orders under $75 and free for orders of $75 or more. The shipping options and charges available for your order are shown at checkout.
Changing or Canceling an Order
Email us as soon as possible with your order number if you need to change or cancel an order. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we may not be able to change or cancel it. If it has shipped, the applicable Return & Refund Policy applies.
