How to Track Your Order

Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link. You can track your package directly via that link or by logging in to your Glamourous Grace Account on our website.

Order Processing Times

Standard Processing: Orders take 1–3 business days to process and package before shipping.
Sales & Holidays: Processing may take up to 5 business days during peak holiday seasons or major sales events.

Changing or Canceling an Order

Because we work quickly to get your order out the door, we can only make changes or cancellations within 1 hour of order placement. Please review your shipping address and item sizes carefully before finalizing checkout.
