How to Use
After cleansing, apply an appropriate amount to clean lashes using the spoolie applicator, brushing from the roots toward the tips. Use the precision tip to apply the product carefully along the lash roots. Allow it to dry before applying eye makeup. It may also be used on the eyebrows.
