Description

rom&nd ZERO VELVET TINT 4color is a four-shade lip tint collection with a lightweight, airy texture and matte velvet finish. The original four shades are #01 Melting, #02 Joyful, #03 Persired, and #04 Burnt Heart. The formula is designed to create a blurred, softly smudged lip look with buildable color.

How to Use

Apply the tint gently to the inner part of the lips using the applicator tip. Apply the desired amount, then allow the color to softly smudge toward the lip edges for a blurred look.
