PURCELL L-Glutathione Vitamin Boosting Toner is a low-pH facial toner formulated with glutathione, niacinamide, a vitamin C derivative, and hydrating ingredients. Its lightweight formula helps refresh the skin, support a more radiant-looking complexion, and leave skin feeling smoother and moisturized.

How to Use

After cleansing, apply an appropriate amount to bare skin using your hands or a cotton pad. For external use only; avoid contact with the eyes. Discontinue use if irritation or a rash occurs.
