Huxley Cleansing Water Be Clean Be Moist is a gentle cleansing water that removes skin impurities while helping leave moisture behind. Formulated with cactus extracts, citrus extracts and sodium hyaluronate, it is suitable for all skin types and can be used as the first step in your cleansing routine.
How to Use
Soak a cotton pad with the cleansing water and gently wipe across the face. Repeat as needed until makeup and impurities are removed. It can also be used on the lips and around the eyes if needed. Do not rinse.
