DEAR DAHLIA Prime Layer Correcting Primer is a mint-green makeup primer designed to help visually neutralize the appearance of facial redness while creating a smooth base for makeup. Its lightweight, hydrating formula contains dahlia flower, centella asiatica, green tea, and madecassoside extracts, along with olive, argan, and sweet almond oils.

How to Use

Gently shake before use. After skincare and before foundation, dispense an appropriate amount and spread a thin, even layer over the face using your hands, a makeup sponge, or a brush. Blend from the center of the face outward along the skin’s texture, then gently pat to finish.
