DEAR DAHLIA Paradise Dream Velvet Lip Mousse is an airy, whipped lip color that glides on smoothly for a soft-focus, powdery matte finish. Shade #17 Cosy provides buildable color and can also be blended onto the cheeks for a coordinated makeup look. The formula contains Dahlia Flower Extract, Sweet Almond Oil, Argan Oil, Shea Butter, and Cacao Seed Butter.

How to Use

Apply to the center of the lips and blend outward. For a monochromatic look, blend onto the lips and cheeks using your fingertips, a brush, or a makeup sponge.
