DEAR DAHLIA Paradise Dream Velvet Lip Mousse in #14 Buddy is a whipped lip color with an airy, mousse-like texture and a soft-focus velvet matte finish. Its buildable formula delivers comfortable, long-wearing color for lips and can also be blended onto cheeks.

How to Use

Apply with the applicator from the center of the lips outward toward the corners. Layer as desired for more intense color. For a monochromatic look, blend onto the cheeks with your fingertips, a brush, or a makeup sponge.
