DEAR DAHLIA Paradise Dream Velvet Lip Mousse in #06 Sangria is a 6.5ml lip color with a soft velvet finish. Its lightweight mousse texture applies smoothly to the lips and can also be used on the cheeks for a coordinated makeup look.

How to Use

Apply from the center of the lips outward. For longer-lasting color and definition, use a lip pencil as a base before applying the lip mousse. It may also be applied to the cheeks with fingertips, a brush, or a makeup blender.
