How to Use
Soak a cotton pad thoroughly with the cleansing water and gently wipe along the skin’s texture. For lip and eye makeup, place the cotton pad over the area for 5–10 seconds before wiping gently. Rinsing is not necessary, though you may finish with lukewarm water.
