At Glamourous Grace, we are committed to delivering your items securely and efficiently. We exclusively ship to physical addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.

1. Shipping Rates & Costs

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders sitewide within the United States. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

Handling Time: All orders are processed, picked, and packed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM PST will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST will begin processing the following business day.

3. Transit Time & Delivery

Standard Shipping Transit Time: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days.
Total Delivery Time: Total estimated time from order placement to delivery is 6 to 9 business days.
Please note that transit times may vary slightly based on your specific geographic location within the United States.

4. Tracking and Confirmations

Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's transit progress directly via the carrier's portal.

5. Address Modifications

Once an order has been packed and handed over to our shipping carriers, address changes are no longer possible. Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@glamourousgrace.com with your order number.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the listed delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
