At its core is a dual-layer ceramic nonstick system featuring a plasma-hardened base layer and a diamond-infused ceramic topcoat for smooth food release. The ceramic coating is made without added PFAS/PTFE.

The tempered glass lid helps retain heat and moisture while allowing easy visibility during cooking, and the included stainless steel rack adds versatility for steaming, draining, or resting ingredients.
