DEAR DAHLIA Prime Layer Correcting Primer SPF50+ PA+++ is a green-toned makeup primer designed to help balance the appearance of redness and uneven tone before foundation. Its lightweight formula contains tone-up and mint powders, along with dahlia flower extract, madecassoside, centella asiatica extract, and green tea extract, to help create a smoother-looking, more even makeup base.

How to Use

Shake lightly before use. Apply an appropriate amount before foundation, using your hands, a sponge, or a brush. Blend from the center of the face outward, following the skin’s texture.
