How to Use
Apply an appropriate amount evenly to the legs or any area requiring massage. Using your hands or a gua sha tool, gently massage in upward strokes until fully absorbed. For the lower body, massage from the soles of the feet upward toward the groin; for the upper body, massage from the extremities toward the underarms. Suitable for daily use. Not recommended during pregnancy.
