PERIPERA Ink The Velvet AD is a 4g lip tint with a soft, whipped texture and velvet-matte finish. This set includes shades #8 Sellout Red, #16 Heart Fuchsia Pink, and #18 Star Plum Pink, offering vivid color that can be applied as a sheer gradient or a bold full lip.

How to Use

Apply a small amount to the inner lips and blend outward for a soft gradient effect, or use the applicator to outline and fill the lips for fuller color. Layer as desired.
