The Pyunkang Yul Calming Deep Moisture Toner is a clinically tested toner formulated to soothe blemish-prone skin, reduce sebum, and improve skin texture. This toner is recommended for blemish-prone, sensitive, and irritated skin types, and works best when used with Pyunkang Yul Calming Serum and Calming Cream for enhanced calming effects and deeper moisture.

How to Use

After cleansing, soak a cotton pad with the toner and gently sweep it along the skin's texture. For enhanced soothing, apply a generous amount of toner to a cotton pad and place it on the face, leaving it for 5–10 minutes as a skin pack.
