How to Use

After cleansing, apply an appropriate amount to the face using your hands and gently pat until absorbed. Alternatively, soak a cotton pad with the toner and wipe gently from the center of the face outward. For targeted soothing, place a toner-soaked cotton pad on irritated areas.
