ma:nyo Panthetoin Essence Toner is a deeply moisturizing essence toner formulated with Panthetoin™, a combination of panthenol and ectoin, along with U-Oliosome® and other patented ingredients. It helps replenish and retain moisture while leaving the skin feeling smooth, comfortable, and hydrated throughout the day.

How to Use

After cleansing, pour an appropriate amount into the palm of your hand and gently pat onto the skin until fully absorbed. Apply two to three additional layers for extra moisture.
