How to Use
Use the included spatula to scoop a small amount onto dry hands. Gently massage over dry skin in circular motions to dissolve makeup and residue. Add water to emulsify the balm into a milky texture, massage again, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Alternatively, wipe away with a face cloth or tissue.
